Attorney

Timothy M. Williams

I have been practicing law for over 30 years. I am married with four children. I take pride in taking the time to answer all of a client’s questions and guide them through the legal process. I understand that the criminal justice and court system can be intimidating for people, and I do my best to reduce the stress of the process. I guide my clients through the process step by step to reduce their anxiety and stress levels. No case is too small for our firm to handle. Every client is treated with honesty and respect. Call us today to handle your legal matter.

Outside of the courtroom, I enjoy running, swimming, politics and reading financial planning and investment publications. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus, have coached youth baseball and soccer, and have volunteered to be a junior achievement teacher to elementary school children. I am the previous Paralegal Program Director at Baker College of Jackson and have taught health law and ethics to medical assisting and EMT students.

My diverse background gives me the ability to relate to and be a resource for my client and their family as they go through the legal process. At the Law Offices of Timothy M. Williams J.D.P.C, you are not just a client, you are a real person with real concerns and feelings. We understand that and will treat you with respect and dignity.
